Program description
Heller for Merced County Board of Education 2026 ("the Campaign") sends recurring text messages to people who opt in. Messages may include campaign updates, event invitations, volunteer opportunities, voting reminders and requests for contributions.
How you opt in
You opt in by checking the text message consent box on our sign-up form and submitting your mobile number, or by texting a keyword we publish. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of signing up, volunteering or contributing.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time. Reply HELP for help.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You may also reply END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT or STOPALL. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages after that unless you opt in again.

Costs
The Campaign does not charge for text messages. Your mobile carrier's standard message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.
Carriers
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and device and is not guaranteed.
Eligibility
You must be the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number you provide. If you change or give up your number, reply STOP from it first or contact us so we can remove it.
Privacy
We will not share or sell your mobile number or text messaging consent to third parties for their marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted here.
